All LPs are guaranteed against defects.
If the vinyl is defected you have 30 days to return the product.
All other returns are 30 days and must show proof of purchase and pay a 20% restocking fee.
Exchanges and returns on unopened audio equipment and accessories can be made up to 90 days after the original delivery date for a full refund or store credit, minus applicable shipping charges.
Exchanges and returns on audio equipment and accessories will require a return authorization number, which will be issued by our customer service department.
For both LPs and audio equipment, exchanges are subject to inspection before shipment to guarantee against recurring issues. Exchanges are subject to the same processing times listed on our website.
Please note that exchanges are subject to availability and that we cannot make substitutions. If a product is unopened, we must receive the item back in its original condition.
